Returns & Refund
▸Cancel an Order
You are free to cancel your order and get a full refund before shipping. The shipping fee, customs charges, and manual handling fees will be deducted from the order amount if the order is already in transit or delivered. Do not refuse or return packages directly to the original address. This increases the risk of package loss. Lost packages due to refusal or unauthorized return will not be eligible for a refund. Contact our customer service for proper return procedures.
▸Quality Issue
⦿≤1 month, we will cover the return, reship and repair fee, or refund you 80% order price if you don’t want to keep the order.
⦿1 month-2years, you will be responsible for returning, then we will repair and reship the machine, or refund 50% order price if you don’t want to keep the order.
⦿>2 years, since the 2 years warranty has expired, please contact us via service@em-smart.com for more details.
▸Non-Quality Issue
⦿Unwanted, within 7 days of receipt, you will be responsible for the returning, then refund 80% order price for you.
⦿Exchange, within 7 days of receipt, you will be responsible for the returning and reshipping.
Note:Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
▸Warranty
We provide a 2 years warranty for all EM-Smart laser machines. Besides, we also provide technical support services including live chat, email, phone call, video call, remote control, spare parts, field maintenance and repair (If a local distributor is available).
▸Note:
1. Before any "repair," "replacement," or "refund" service is available, the original device must be returned to our China warehouse. We will arrange for a professional to pick up the package. Please do not refuse the package or return it directly to the original address. This increases the risk of package loss. Packages lost due to refusal or unauthorized returns will not be refunded. Please contact our customer service for the correct return process.
2. Please do not disassemble the machine by yourself. We do not accept any disassembly after sales.
3. Non-applicable situations: the product is not purchased on our site; non-quality issues caused by improper operation of the customer, etc..
4. All above dates are calculated from the delivery date.
